Travis Nelson, Executive Chef at Soma, brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to the kitchen, blending creativity with a deep appreciation for craft and process. Known for working closely with fresh, seasonal ingredients—often inspired by his own home garden—his style is rooted in simplicity, intention, and flavor. Outside the kitchen, he explores leather crafting and draws inspiration from Tulsa’s vibrant Kendall-Whittier neighborhood.
